We cannot guarantee the timeline of procedures that are outside our direct control.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
We offer a 15-Day Refund Policy on our services. If you are genuinely dissatisfied, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@signlink.ae within 15 days of your order. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Refunds will only be issued:

After deducting non-recoverable expenses (e.g. translation or admin fees);

If the request is deemed valid based on our internal assessment;

Via the original mode of payment, within 20 working days.
Refunds will not be issued if:

Government or notary rejections occur due to undisclosed information or recent legal/procedural changes;

Inaccurate or false information was provided by the user.

The document draft has been reviewed and explicitly approved by the client, even if any omissions or errors subsequently identified post-notarization, and such instances shall not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Cancellations
Once the commencement of the service process has been confirmed by Signlink FZ-LLC, cancellation is no longer permitted.
In exceptional cases, we may, at our sole discretion, consider the circumstances and offer alternative solutions such as store credit. Any such decision shall be made exclusively by authorized staff of Signlink FZ-LLC and shall not set a precedent for future cases.
10. Use of Personal Data
To deliver our services, we may request personal documents and information. All data is handled with strict confidentiality and shared only with trusted service partners (e.g. translators or notaries) when absolutely necessary for service completion.
